The design of ECOtanka foodBOX is to have NO plastic in contact with your food.  The option of the stainless-steel lid or the silicone lid makes this possible, the silicone lid has been made using the highest quality silicone from Germany.

ECOtanka foodBOX is versatile and multi-functional, which can also be used as a pure and solid stainless steel container without the silicone lid or it can be sealed and air-tight using the silicone lid.  The foodbox can also be fitted with one or two pocketBOXes inside to separate and portion different kinds of food.

Apart from the obvious, ECOtanka foodBOX makes a very good foodBOX for the refrigerator with its seal locking the moisture in and with the solid stainless-steel material blocking all the outside light to keep food fresher longer.
