Thank you for shopping with au.ecotanka.shop. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped and delivered.
Where We Ship From
Your order may ship from two locations, depending on product availability:
• 50% of products ship from our Global Warehouse in China
• 10% of products ship from our Local Australian Warehouse
As our Australian warehouse reduces stock, some items will transition to global-only shipping until a new Australian distributor is on board.
You will be informed at checkout or in your order confirmation email if your product ships from our global warehouse.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within Australia. Orders placed from outside of Australia will not be processed.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use trusted local courier services (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, or other regional carriers) to deliver your order safely and promptly.
For products shipped within Australia:
- Metro Areas (East Coast): 2–4 business days
- Regional Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: Please allow an extra 2–4 business days
For products shipped from our global warehouse:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
- You will be informed at checkout or in your order confirmation email if your product is being shipped from our global warehouse.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or high-volume periods (such as Christmas).
Shipping Rates – Australia
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode (zones), your total product packed size and weight.
We use a smart weight system that calculates postage charges based on both actual weight and cubic weight according to our shipping provider's rates and algorithm.
How Our Australian Shipping Is Calculated
Your final shipping cost is calculated using:
• A base parcel handling fee
• A zone-based freight rate per kg (based on your postcode)
• A courier processing fee set per zone & weight range
Your postcode is matched to a courier zone using Australia Post and our international shipping provider's zone database, and the correct shipping rate is applied automatically.
No flat pricing, no estimates — just live zone-based shipping.
Multi-Warehouse Shipping Logic
Because some products ship from different warehouse locations, your order may be split into two or multiple shipments.
However, only one shipment is charged for shipping.
The system automatically assigns the total cost to the primary shipment to avoid double-charging you.
Free Shipping (Coming Soon)
We plan to introduce free shipping for Australian orders over $XXX.00 once we’ve gathered enough real delivery data to properly validate a sustainable threshold.
Our goal is to roll this out next year, once we have confirmed shipping behavior across all zones, weights, and delivery distances.
Until then, all customers receive real courier-based shipping rates, calculated directly from our live system.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number and link via email. You can check your order status using the link provided.
Shipping Policy – International Orders
All orders paid for and shipped from ecotanka to international destinations include all importation costs in the final price. This covers GST or VAT, customs clearance fees, and any applicable duties or tariffs.
There are no additional import costs charged to our customers.
Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery
If no one is available to receive your package, the courier may:
- Leave it in a safe place (if Authority to Leave was selected at checkout)
- Leave a calling card for re-delivery or pickup from a local depot
Please follow the instructions provided by the courier service.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently offer international shipping to other countries from this shop.
